Job summary

Alumni Ventures is seeking an Associate Community Manager to support our investor community and gain hands-on exposure to venture capital, investor relations, and fund operations.

You’ll work at the intersection of customer success, relationship management, and investor communications, collaborating with Managing Partners, Community Managers, and cross-functional teams on fundraising and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer success, client services, relationship management, account management, operations, or a customer-facing environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for prospective and existing investors.
• Provide timely, accurate investor support via email, phone, webinars, events, and other channels.
• Build relationships with investors and internal stakeholders to deliver a high-touch investor experience.
• Track engagement and key metrics; maintain clean data in HubSpot and internal systems.
