Job summary

PGIM in Newark, NJ, is seeking an Associate Manager for Management Reporting Analysis (MRA). You will support the firmwide AUM reporting process, ensuring data is complete, accurate and well-controlled for senior management.

You will gain broad exposure across PGIM’s investment businesses, developing expertise in reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder management, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office).

Qualifications

• 4+ years in asset management, financial reporting, or data analytics.
• Strong numerical and data integrity focus with deadlines.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly/quarterly AUM data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Analyze asset flows, identify discrepancies and root causes.
• Review submissions for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Client Management, Retirement, and Investment teams.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc AUM reporting for senior management.
• Maintain controls and documentation supporting data integrity.
• Review work of junior staff and provide guidance.
• Supervise a small team (1–2) and prioritize deliverables.
• Communicate process changes and data requirements clearly.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and reduce manual tasks.
• Support system enhancements, audits, and special projects.
