PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential, seeks an Associate Manager, Investment Operations in Newark, NJ, on a hybrid schedule. You will oversee accounting, reporting, and record-keeping systems, lead a small team, and ensure GAAP compliance while driving process improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in accounting/finance/economics, 6+ years in accounting/investment operations with supervisory experience, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Accounting/Investment Operations with supervisory experience.
• Detail oriented with ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and partnering skills.
• Proficient in Excel and ability to analyze financial statements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure financial statement balances are in accordance with GAAP & STAT principles.
• Supervising a small team of approximately 2-3 accountants and providing feedback and guidance.
• Timely and accurate review of accounting entries and ledger reconciliation.
• Coordinate and monitor all daily and monthly deliverables.
• Participate in various analysis and special projects.
• Monitor data integrity.
• External and internal audit support.
• Overtime required during peak periods.
