Job summary

Prudential Financial's PGIM is seeking an Associate Manager in the Management Reporting Analysis group in Newark, NJ. You will oversee monthly/quarterly AUM data collection, validation, and reporting, partnering with Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Investment teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will supervise a small team, drive process improvements, and support system enhancements and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related subject preferred.
• 4+ years of business experience in asset management, investment operations, financial reporting, or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and quarterly AUM data collection, validation, reconciliation, and reporting across strategies and business units.
• Analyze AUM activity and investigate period-over-period changes and discrepancies.
• Lead a small team with coaching and quality oversight; communicate updates to partners.
