Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related subject.
• 4+ years of business experience in asset management, investment operations, financial reporting or data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and controls.
• Experience managing recurring deliverables and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience with junior team members.

Aufgaben

• Assist with oversight of monthly and quarterly AUM data collection, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Analyze AUM activity and asset flows, investigate period-over-period changes and data discrepancies.
• Review data submissions and ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting standards.
• Partner with Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Client Management, Retirement and investment teams to validate AUM data.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc AUM reporting for senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain controls, documentation, and review procedures for AUM reporting.
• Supervise and develop a small team, prioritizing deliverables and accountability.
