PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential, seeks an Associate Manager in the Management Reporting Analysis group in Newark, NJ. The role focuses on firmwide AUM reporting, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology.

You will oversee data collection, validation, and reporting, lead a small team, and drive process improvements to streamline reporting and controls in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related subject preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in asset management, investment operations, financial reporting or data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data discrepancy investigation.
• Attention to detail, data accuracy, reporting integrity and strong controls.
• Ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings for stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple recurring deliverables and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience and coaching of juniors.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams including Finance, Compliance and Technology.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly/ quarterly AUM data collection, validation, reconciliation and reporting.
• Analyze asset flows and investigate period-over-period changes.
• Review submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Marketing and other teams to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc AUM reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain controls, documentation, and procedures supporting reporting integrity.
• Review work of junior team members and provide guidance and oversight.
• Lead a small team (1–2) to prioritize deliverables during reporting cycles.
• Communicate data needs and process changes clearly to partners.
