Job summary

Publicis Health Media is seeking a Senior Associate, Investment Management for a hybrid role with four days in-office per week. You will manage small-to-mid projects and begin to take on soft leadership responsibilities, focusing on investment management principles and operational execution.

You will oversee campaign setup accuracy, IO accuracy to media partners, and on-budget delivery of media investment while developing client-ready marketplace value workbooks.

Qualifications

• 18 months to 2+ years media planning or buying experience.
• 1+ years experience using MS Excel (can perform complex functions).
• 6 months - 1+ years media investment systems and tools (Mediaocean).

Responsibilities

• Oversee campaign setup and stewardship in the agency media buying platform.
• Ensure accuracy of Insertion Orders sent to media partners.
• Deliver media investment on-budget and reconcile actuals.
• Reconcile invoices, client media billing reports, and partner payments.
• Develop and deliver Marketplace Value workbooks.
• Close campaigns promptly.
• May train and mentor Associates.
