Publicis Health Media in Chicago is seeking a Supervisor to manage large clients with a holistic view of objectives and timelines. The role blends project management with financial oversight, requiring four days in-office weekly and coordination of invoicing, reporting, and client deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operations or PM in a media agency, with budget management experience and familiarity with MSAs and SOWs. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years in operations or project management in a media agency setting.
• 0-1+ year management experience (previous intern management experience is applicable)
• 2+ years budget management experience + operational tools and/or reporting

Mansioni

• Owns the lifecycle of financial deliverables from project start, job code creation, SOW generation, working media determination, changes of work, incremental funds, client accruals, invoicing, ad hoc reporting.
• Accounts for the completion and accuracy of the financial deliverables calendar and ensures the internal team is updated with status on all jobs.
• Develops working media statements and all fee statements of work, including intercompany; reads and interprets MSAs; supports rollout of new systems and processes.
