Job summary

Publicis Health Media is seeking a Senior Associate, Partner Direct to support media planning and execution across multiple campaigns. You will work closely with the Partner Direct team, gaining hands-on experience in strategy, collaboration, and campaign management.

The role reports to the Partner Direct Supervisor and focuses on small to medium projects, providing a foundation in media execution and client objectives alignment. This position offers growth within a leading health media agency.

Qualifications

• 18 months to 2+ years of media planning, buying, or related industry experience.
• Experience with media planning tools (e.g., Prisma, MediaOcean) is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS).
• Preferred experience in planning media & audience campaigns across Digital Endemic/Lifestyle, Video, Audio, Print, DTC, HCP, Payer/Managed Market, Point of Care, or deep engagement programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in media execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in media planning preparation, including consideration set development and RFP issuance/management
• Support end-to-end campaign launch management, ensuring timely execution
• Track and ensure adherence to brand safety and verification standards
• Manage creative spec coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Contribute to media placement taxonomy configuration
• Assist in partner-level forecasting and investment tracking
• Begin developing relationships with key media partners, enhancing negotiation and collaboration skills
