Job summary

Outten & Golden LLP seeks an Investigations Analyst to liaise between attorneys, staff, paralegals and clients. The role includes ongoing consulting and technical support on investigations, client outreach, research, and workflow management.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a paralegal, project analyst, or similar position at a law firm.
• Clear and concise communication; proactive status updates.
• Strict confidentiality handling of data and matters.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with Firm attorneys to identify new clients and advance business development objectives.
• Regularly track and maintain client and potential client information in firm databases.
• Speak with clients and potential clients to pursue investigations and facilitate case administration.
• Assist in case investigations and development by conducting factual and legal research.
• Maintain electronic case files and manage large document databases including solicitation and compliance documents.
• Interact and liaise with clients and vendors.
• Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments for attorneys.
• Proactively assume other duties as necessary.
