Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant client intake or high-volume professional customer-service experience.
• J.D. is a plus.
• Strong communication, reporting, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of potential client inquiries by coordinating case assessment and intake steps by Firm attorneys.
• Serve as a client-service ambassador, ensuring that potential clients receive exceptional service.
• Manage the Firm’s client intake database.
• Handle case evaluation and case selection at scale.
• Identify trends and opportunities in the intake function and track processing times and outcomes.
• Perform related tasks as needed.
