  • Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities by maintaining forecast assumptions, key schedules, and supporting documentation; perform budget-to-actual and period-over-period variance analysis, preparing supporting explanations and schedules for management review; and monitor departmental budgets and expenses and assist with maintaining reliable financial projections.
  • Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting packages for the FP&A Manager, CFO, and Firm leadership; analyze revenue, collections, cash receipts, expenses, and other financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks; assist with partner- and matter-level reporting, including analysis of ongoing and prospective matters; generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to support forecasting accuracy and operational decision-making, as well as ad hoc financial analyses and reports requested by Finance leadership and other Firm departments; and maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and models using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other reporting platforms.
  • Review matter setup and financial data for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrections with appropriate teams; assist with the financial closeout of contingency, class action, settlement, and other special matters, ensuring proper financial allocations and documentation; and support year-end audits and reviews by external accountants through the preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
  • Partner with Billing, Accounting, and other Finance functions to research and resolve reporting and data-related issues; support process improvement and automation initiatives that increase reporting efficiency, accuracy, and scalability; and perform other finance and analytical duties as assigned.
