• Law review, moot court or journal experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal investigations and responding to government inquiries.
• Interacting with criminal and civil regulatory authorities.
• Assisting with complex commercial litigation.
• Advising on matters involving securities, commodities and financial transactions.
• Supporting clients on sensitive and high-stakes investigations and disputes.
