Job summary

Standard Solar in Rockville, MD is seeking an Inventory and Supply-Chain Specialist to maintain material records from procurement through warehouse receipt, delivery, installation, and turnover. You will ensure timely transactions across ERP, procurement, project management, and inventory systems.

The role reports to the Director of Procurement and supports data accuracy, item master upkeep, and inventory reconciliation for multiple projects with emphasis on close coordination with project teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of data entry, inventory control, or warehouse administration experience.
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
Construction, manufacturing, distribution, energy, or logistics experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Enter and maintain receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, returns for materials.
Track inventory by project, location, purchase order, and material status.
Verify transactions with POs, packing slips, bills of lading, delivery tickets.
Maintain item master data, vendor information, units of measure, storage locations.
Update delivery status and inventory availability for Procurement and projects.
