You will perform cycle counts, data entry, and variance investigations to improve accuracy and SOX compliance. This role requires attention to detail and strong communication skills.

The position emphasizes partnering with operations to drive continuous improvement and maintain strict inventory controls, while supporting outbound shipments and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and practices.
• Organized, attentive to detail with high accuracy.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure data entry reports are correct.
• Assist with physical inventories and monthly cycle counts.
• Investigate variances and take corrective actions to reduce discrepancies.
• Support BOM, spare parts, WIP, and finished good inventories.
• Help develop Inventory management work instructions and back-up for other roles.
• Promote housekeeping and safety practices.
