Job summary

First Solar is seeking an Inventory Controller to ensure accurate ERP/WMS transactions and maintain inventory across warehouse and offsite facilities. The role focuses on cycle counts, BOM/spare/finish-good inventory, and data reporting to drive accuracy and compliance with SOX controls.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse shipping/receiving, familiarity with Oracle WMS Cloud, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• College coursework or formal training are highly desired.
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse (shipping/receiving) experience required.
• Cycle counting experience beneficial.
• Oracle WMS Cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and data entry reports for accuracy.
• Assist with physical inventories and monthly cycle counts.
• Analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with BOM, Spare, WIP, Finish Goods inventories.
• Support creation of Inventory management Work Instructions.
• Provide work-based solutions for inventory dispensaries.
• Prioritize shipment requests by delivery dates.
• Process offsite warehouse shipment requests and update tracking systems.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Serve as back-up to other Inventory Control roles.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Foster clear communication and teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
