Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager in Florida to help supervise store personnel, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will support the General Manager/Assistant GM and work to deliver excellent customer experiences.

The role emphasizes accuracy in inventory, adherence to SOPs, and professional interactions with patients and staff. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected as part of store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager/AGM in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Track and manage store inventory; ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations and SOPs.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with GM/AGM; implement corrective actions.
• Perform opening/closing duties and basic supervision of staff.
