Job summary

Trulieve in Florida is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in maintaining 100% store inventory accuracy and overseeing daily product transfers. The role involves ensuring state compliance and applying company inventory controls in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, being at least 21 years old, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the production
• Monitor warehouse transactions (shipping and receiving, transfers)
• Ensure inventory records are always accurate
• Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, or monthly as needed
• Conduct inventory audits with the General Manager as needed
• Follow written audit programs and physical inventory to ensure integrity of company records
• Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts
• Assist in scheduling of inventory and compliance personnel as required
• Perform system adjustments as required and conduct root cause analysis
• Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to ensure state compliance
• Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
