Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager, oversee store inventory, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer experience.

This role requires a High School Diploma, prior management and cash handling experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with diverse customers and staff. Up to 40 hours weekly with evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.), comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunications devices.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and assure that changes are communicated to employees.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts in partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager.
• Perform system adjustments and analyze root causes; initiate corrective actions.
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff as a key-holding supervisor.
