Job summary

Trulieve in Crystal River, FL seeks an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in store operations, inventory control, and regulatory compliance, while delivering excellent patient service.

Responsibilities include inventory audits, SOP compliance, opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and maintaining confidentiality; requires high school diploma, cash handling, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and discretion required for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage store inventory and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits with the GM/AGM.
• Perform system adjustments and corrective actions as needed.
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff; maintain visual merchandising.
• Handle patient issues professionally and maintain confidentiality.
