Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager in Florida to support the General Manager in leadership, store operations, and inventory tracking. The role focuses on accurate inventory reporting, regulatory compliance, and delivering an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining brand standards, and resolving issues while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to SOPs. Flexible, up to 40 hours weekly, with some evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations and company SOPs.
• Supervise staff during opening/closing and assist in daily store operations.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and resolve patient issues.
