Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager in Gainesville, FL to support the General Manager with store leadership, inventory control, and daily operations. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering excellent patient service, and maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities include audits, system adjustments, opening/closing duties, staff supervision, and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must be able to pass a MVR background check (delivery locations only) and level 1/2 background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations and company SOPs; communicate changes to staff.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts; perform system adjustments and root-cause analyses.
• Open/close procedures and basic supervision of staff; maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Handle patient issues and escalations; maintain relationships with business partners.
• Perform tasks assigned by management and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
