Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager in Florida to support the General Manager in achieving 100% store inventory accuracy. The role covers product transfers, daily processing, and compliance with state regulations and HIPAA guidelines.

The position requires a high-school diploma, 21+ years old, and strong communication, organizational and analytical skills to resolve inventory issues and maintain confidential data.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required; experience in the field preferred.
• 21 years of age or older and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to ensure 100% accuracy of store inventory.
• Oversee product transfers, documentation, and state-compliant controls.
• Perform regular cycle counts and audits; resolve inventory issues.
• Coordinate scheduling of inventory and compliance personnel as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect sensitive information.
