Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred management experience in retail or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts; analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff as needed.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and customer experience.
• Handle patient issues, escalations, and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with business partners and support teams.
