Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager in Deerfield Beach to oversee daily store inventory, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will work with the General Manager to maintain accuracy and efficiency in all store operations and patient-focused service.

The role emphasizes cash handling, customer interactions, and maintaining brand standards while supporting a strong, compliant retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service areas.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Able to communicate in conversational English and work effectively with customers and staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts in partnership with the General Manager/AGM.
• Perform system adjustments and analyse root cause for adjustments, initiating corrective actions.
• Assume duties of key-holding supervisor for opening/closing and basic supervision of staff and retail processes.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
