Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management/retail experience a plus.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with discretion.
• Ability to interact respectfully with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store inventory and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Conduct inventory audits and variances analysis.
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff.
