Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in supervising store personnel and inventory management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations and company SOPs.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts; communicate findings and corrective actions.
• Open/close procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and handle customer issues.
