Job summary

Walgreens is hiring to manage inventory and store operations across front end and pharmacy. You will support receiving, counting, pricing, and returns, and ensure planogram accuracy.

The role includes reviewing reports, executing POS duties, and maintaining on-hand balances with attention to detail. You will help with store opens/closes and cash handling, while coaching staff on warehouse processes and supplier deliveries.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience in retail or Walgreens.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory and asset protection processes for front end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Open/close store as needed, perform cash handling and POS duties, and support daily operations.
• Coach team on warehouse, vendor inventory management, and one-box receiving.
• Verify pharmacy shipments and postings, and manage recalls and recalls procedures under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts across departments and pharmacy, including ABC overstock and interstore transfers.
