Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to manage store inventory, including front end and pharmacy processes. You will receive, count, price, and return merchandise, ensure planogram accuracy, and protect assets by handling discrepancies with vendors and warehouse staff.

In designated roles, you may assist customers, lead on duty, and support daily POS operations, including cash handling and refunds, while maintaining clean, well‑merchandised spaces and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience (internal) or one year of retail experience (external).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, returns; ensure planogram accuracy.
• Review reports and systems impacting on-hand balances and pricing for front end and pharmacy.
• Maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection, handle vendor overages/shortages and damaged goods.
