Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage store and pharmacy inventory, pricing, and planograms. You will monitor on-hand balances, support asset protection, and ensure accurate receiving and returns across both front-end and pharmacy operations.

The role includes assisting with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and coaching team members on inventory processes to maintain stock integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of retail or Walgreens experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing actions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Manage front-end and pharmacy on-hand balances, pricing, and planograms.
• Receive, count, order, and facilitate returns; support vendor processes.
• Open/close duties as needed; handle cash and POS responsibilities.
• Support warehouse and vendor inventory movements and OSAs.
