Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Inventory Associate to support both front end and pharmacy inventory management. You will execute and monitor SOPs, assist with receiving, counting, pricing, and returns, and ensure planograms are accurate across departments.

The role involves working with flow of stock, scanning deliveries, posting pharmacy shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy while upholding store policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail experience or Walgreens experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate proper use of reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection techniques and file claims for shortages, overages, and damaged goods.
• Open and close the store in the absence of management when designated, including cash handling and cashier duties.
