Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to manage and optimize store and pharmacy inventory, including receiving, counting, pricing, and returns. You will ensure accurate planograms and support On-Shelf Availability, while assisting with front-end duties and cash handling as needed.

In this role, you will engage customers, coach staff on inventory operations, verify shipments, and participate in recall and price update tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory SOPs for store and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Ensure On-Shelf Availability and accurate planograms.
• Open/close duties in designated stores and handle cash as needed.
• Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coach team on warehouse, vendor inventory, and pricing processes.
• Post and verify pharmacy shipments; manage recalls and recalls-related tasks.
• Complete End-to-End On-Shelf Availability processes and pricing tasks.
