Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dedicated team member to manage inventory across front-end and pharmacy areas while ensuring accuracy in pricing and stock levels. You will support receiving, counting, ordering, and returns, and act as the leader on duty in designated stores to handle POS tasks and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities include caring for inventory accuracy, collaborating with pharmacy staff on recalls and orders, and maintaining compliant pricing and shelving.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and facilitating returns.
• Open and close the store in the absence of store management in designated stores.
• Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Complete pricing activities including price changes and sign updates, and manage point-of-sale transactions as leader on duty.
