Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage HUB operations under the General Manager. Responsibilities include pulling and shipping HUB orders, coordinating with stores, and maintaining cycle counts and plan-o-grams to ensure accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic math computations.
• Experience in retail, including basic merchandising and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• If HUB order can’t be filled, call servicing store before next HUB run explaining how to reorder.
• Complete all parts department cycle counts including OUTS.
• Complete all parts department plan-o-grams with store management.
• Stock all parts department parts and perform callbacks.
• Coordinate delivery of products and maintain inventories per GM direction.
