Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage HUB operations, coordinate with store management on stock and plan-o-grams, and ensure on-time shipping of HUB orders. The role requires basic math, strong communication, and prior retail experience.

The candidate will perform cycle counts, stock parts, and assist in deliveries while adhering to safety policies and company procedures. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail experience and basic merchandising skills preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic math and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Coordinate with store management for plan-o-grams and stock.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with the team.
• Train and develop team members to operate HUB per policies.
• Maintain records of transactions and delivery schedules.
• Adhere to safety policies and operate forklift or pallet jack as needed.
