Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Inventory Specialist to report to the General Manager and manage HUB operations, ensuring orders are pulled and shipped on time. You will collaborate with store management on inventory, plan-o-grams, and delivery coordination.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, retail experience, basic math skills, and forklift ability if certified. The role involves standing, lifting, and flexible hours including nights and weekends in a store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred and helpful for merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Ability to operate a forklift if certified and applicable, and use hand truck/pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• If HUB order can't be filled, call servicing store before next HUB run explaining how to reorder.
• Complete parts department cycle counts including OUTS with store management.
• Work on plan-o-grams and stock parts with store management.
• Perform callbacks and MAXI changes in parts department; maintain records.
