Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support HUB operations under the General Manager. You will pull and ship HUB orders accurately, assist in cycle counts, and help maintain stock levels and plan-o-grams.

You will work with the management team to train Team Members, coordinate deliveries, and ensure compliance with security, customer service, and record-keeping policies. This role requires physical stamina and reliability.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with stock management and merchandising preferred.
• Ability to perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventories.
• Forklift operation if certified and applicable; manual dexterity for lift tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Call servicing store if a HUB order can’t be filled to explain reordering needs.
• Assist with plan-o-grams and inventory checks.
• Train and develop Team Members under the General Manager’s direction.
