Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support HUB operations and collaborate with the General Manager. Responsibilities include pulling and shipping HUB orders, coordinating with servicing stores, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires basic math, strong communication skills, and prior retail or inventory experience. Physical stamina for lifting and forklift use is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail and inventory management preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and perform basic math.
• Forklift certification not required but preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Call servicing store before next HUB run explaining how to reorder if needed.
• Complete all parts department cycle counts including OUTS.
• Stock all parts department parts and update records.
• Train and develop team members to operate HUB per policies.
