Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience is preferred for Walgreens internal candidates or one year external retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi task and execute.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and resolving them.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Maintain front-end and pharmacy asset protection, including vendor returns and discrepancies.
• Open/close store duties when designated, including cash handling and POS tasks.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and coach team on inventory and service standards.
• Scan deliveries, manage warehouse and DSD receiving, and ensure planogram compliance.
• Support pricing tasks, order management, and inventory accuracy across departments.
• Support physical inventory preparation and auditing activities.
