Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience (Walgreens internal or external) or equivalent retail exposure.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Achieving expectations rating on last performance review (internal candidates).
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the store and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Coordinate front-end and pharmacy asset protection and vendor overages/shortages.
• Open/close the store as needed and handle cash responsibilities.
• Maintain planograms accuracy and execute on-shelf availability (OSA) processes.
