Walgreens is seeking an Inventory Specialist to execute and monitor store and pharmacy inventory best practices. You will support receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy while assisting with front-end and pharmacy operations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and flexibility with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends. You will also help ensure compliance with store procedures and asset protection practices.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience (external candidates).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsabilités

• Execute and coach inventory management processes including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scans in all deliveries while vendor is in store, including One Box receiving.
• Verify postings of pharmacy shipments and warehouse orders under pharmacist supervision.
• Complete On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes for planogrammed departments.
• Perform pharmacy inventory activities including recalls, vendor returns, and postings.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and on-hand quantities across departments.
