Job summary

Herrmann Ultrasonics is seeking a RMA Coordinator/Inventory Specialist to join our team. You will manage repair intake, coordinate lead times, and oversee inventory flow for in-house repairs. Strong communication with customers and internal teams is essential.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, proficiency in MS-Office, and familiarity with ERP and shipping processes. This role supports our operations in Bartlett, IL with competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and communication.
• Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Experience with international and domestic shipping and warehouse inventory.
