Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Associates or Bachelors is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills and proactive communication.
• Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word, Teams).
• Experience with international and domestic shipping, coordinating with sales and with customers, and managing warehouse inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process products for repair and replacement, in physical form and in the ERP system.
• Communicate repair lead times and status updates to internal and external customers.
• Manage inventory and ensure smooth flow of all in-process repairs.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers regarding questions and updates.
