Herrmann Ultrasonics Inc. in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Production Manager to lead our ultrasonic tooling production. You will oversee daily operations, manage schedules, and drive quality and safety initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of machining processes and CNC machines.
• Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of ultrasonic tooling, optimizing efficiency and throughput.
• Supervise tool shop employees in day-to-day activities as well as reviews and training/development.
• Execute production schedule according to business unit and customer priorities.
• Manage raw material stock levels and interface with purchasing department on replenishment.
• Responsible for maintenance program and upkeep on all machinery.
• Enforce quality and safety regulations, participating in corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements:
