Requirements

• Receiving and processing products for repair and replacement, both physically and within the ERP system.
• Communicate repair lead times and status updates to internal and external customers.
• Manage inventory and process flow of all in-process repairs.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external customers regarding questions and updates

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Associates or Bachelors is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Time management skills and communication
• Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word, Teams)
• Experience with international and domestic shipping, communicating with sales and with customers, managing warehouse inventory
