You will receive and process products for repair, communicate lead times to customers, manage in-process repairs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and smooth warehouse flow. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Associates or Bachelors is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills and proactive communication.
• Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word, Teams).
• Experience with international and domestic shipping, coordinating with sales and with customers, and managing warehouse inventory.
