Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience in a service-related industry.
• Two to three years of experience in logistics of shipping.
• Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with mail machines, UPS computer, and Federal Express software.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Customer-focused with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work to complete projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the transportation cycle of outbound and third-party shipments.
• Distribute internal and external mail, including courier services.
• Ensure supplies, stock, materials, and packages are processed efficiently.
• Adhere to shipping and distribution laws and regulations.
• Coordinate resupply of office materials and support Team Member Experience.
