Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and maintain daily records and documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material records in ERP and related systems.
• Update electronic files and organize shipping documents and records.
• Coordinate clerical tasks, data entry, and cross-department communication.
• Verify documents for accuracy and proper routing.
• Prepare routine daily or weekly management summaries.
• Support quality records, audits, and other admin projects as needed.
