Job summary

Triple-S Steel invites applications for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, put-away, and cycle counting at our Pharr, TX facility. You will lead warehouse staff, ensure on-time shipments, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2-4 years of supervisory experience in metals/manufacturing, strong organization and communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Welding or sawing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 2-4 years of prior warehouse supervisory experience, preferably with a metals, fabrication or manufacturing background.
• Welding & sawing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse personnel are assigned to the appropriate work areas throughout the working day in order to meet deadlines for all processes.
• Directing production, shipping, cost, quality, and safety so that goals are met.
• Reviewing schedules, determining work force requirements, and monitoring productivity to insure customer requirements are met.
• Make decisions regarding work flow throughout the day to ensure daily operational objectives are met.
• Monitor on an established basis, operations, procedures and employees to ensure quality, service and productivity objectives are met
• Troubleshooting operational and maintenance problems and taking preventive and/or corrective action.
• Ensure all established Triple S Steel polices are enforced and followed by all employees. Such as, but not limited to; Quality Policy, Security, Safety, Health, Environmental, Attendance and all other policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
