Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and organize daily operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records for incoming materials, finished goods, and related paperwork.
• Update electronic files, organize shipping documents, and ensure all material records are complete and accurate.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, filing, data entry, and communication between departments.
• Review documents and records for accuracy, completeness, and proper routing.
• Prepare routine daily or weekly summaries for management review.
• Assist with quality records, audit paperwork, general administrative tasks, and special projects as needed

About the Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Operations Coordinator to support daily operations by maintaining accurate production inventory and shipping records in ERP and other computer systems. This role helps track raw materials, ensure timely fulfillment of metal product orders, and assist with general administrative duties and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Key Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Technical Skills: Basic typing, ten-key proficiency, and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
